SHOPPING LIST

The shopping list includes a number of alternatives. Just 'click' alternatives to reveal the products. You can then click the arrows to move the different products in & out of the design. DESIGN NOTES

The products selected for your beautiful design scheme fall under your requested budget of £1500. I have included all the products that have been requested.

The existing tiles will remain in the cloakroom, as you wished. I have selected a design scheme keeping the existing tiles in mind. The products that have been chosen will create a tone-on-tone colour palette, that creates a welcoming and calming feel. This downstairs cloakroom will definitely wow your guests!

As you wanted to refresh the cloakroom, I have done by giving it a different and contemporary uplift. I have also kept in mind that there is no natural lighting in the space and therefore used products and colours which wont darken the space. Light option has not been included as you have already purchased. All the products selected have natural material textures used to enhance the feel of nature.

A few key points on the products selected.

FURNITURE

I have chosen a modern concrete effect vanity unit and a concrete/wood effect ladder unit to coordinate. The ladder unit doubles up to store accessories and also store essentials i.e hand wash, candles & towels as shown in the elevation provided. The finishing touches can be used on the shelving unit, where you can really have fun and regularly update.

The WC selected has a comfort height as requested however it still looks modern. The seat is also removable, making it easy to clean.

TAPS

A sleek waterfall mono basin tap has been selected to complement the vanity basin. Paying attention to detail and choosing something different as you mentioned.

HARDWARE

The mixed metals used in this room, have been taken from the natural tones running through the tiles. This also adds a touch of glam! A variety of alternative options have been selected to give you option.

FLOOR TILE

A wood effect floor tile has been selected. The suggested tile will give a cosy and warm feeling in the room and also soften the look.

MIRROR

My suggested mirror options comes with three alternatives. The chosen round mirror in wood & leather has been selected to complement the vanity unit & shelving unit, creating a feature within the cloakroom.

ORDER

Everything in your mood board can be added to your basket and our personal shopping team will take care of it from there. However all bathroom furniture & tiles are purchased through our exclusive supplier, as discussed, I will personally place that order myself .

There are a small selection of retailers who will only deliver to you and we are unable to offer those products as part of the personal shopping service i.e Desenio, Next, Zara Home

Please bear in mind items can go out of stock quickly, especially during sale times. If you really love certain items, it is best to purchase those items first.
